Made with all organic ingredients and always using locally grown wheat when available.
Einkorn, an ancient grain, was domesticated approximately 10,000 years ago and contains high levels of protein, essential fatty acids, phosphorous, potassium, pyridoxine (B6), lutein and beta-carotene (lutein).
Dry Pasta is ALWAYS shelf stable, but its sooo good, that it won't last long.
