Bursting with cranberries and walnuts, this hearty, crusty bread is a great compliment to your cheese plate. It also makes a great sandwich bread, especially with meats or egg salad. We also use it to make a very special stuffing, with spicy sausage, chestnuts, red onions, turkish apricots, and stock.
