A “small batch” extra virgin olive oil that is hand picked, pressed and exported by a  family in Gorga, Italy to the United States.
This olive oil is not to be used for cooking at high temperatures but instead as a finishing oil for cold dishes, dips, meats, & pastas.

"Our olive oil is strictly a small scale family business through and through. The farm is located in my grandfather's backyard. The village itself is in the heart of a protected UNESCO National Park in Southern Italy, free from modern day toxins or pollutants to the air and soil. No preservatives or pesticides are used to make our EVOO. Every November our family picks the olives by hand and brings them to the mill the very same day where the oil is pressed only by mechanical means."
