Ingredients: NJ / PA Whole Wheat & Pastry Flours (w/ germ), Water, Salt, Malt Powder, Starter Culture
Rye Sourdough: Same as above w/ added toasted Caraway Seeds

Natural Fermentation creates a natural yeast that breaks down the gluten proteins and creates a natural rise. This Wheat, stone ground in small batches, still contains the germ which is removed from the majority of store bought flour in order to increase shelf life. This germ adds significant nutritional value.
