Celery Root French Fries


  • 1 celery root, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons any cooking fat, softened (we used ghee)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Cut the celery root into fry-shape pieces. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper and toss with the cooking fat.

    3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    4. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes or until the fries are soft and golden brown.
