- 1 celery root, peeled
- 2 tablespoons any cooking fat, softened (we used ghee)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the celery root into fry-shape pieces. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper and toss with the cooking fat.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes or until the fries are soft and golden brown.
